2025 UPCOMING EVENTS & PROGRAMMING

March 17, 2026 - May 15, 2026 5 Women: A Dialogue Between Artists When No Words are Required Participating artists, Beth Barry, Sarah Haviland, Mija Jung, Sueim Koo, and Lucy Wilner. Curated by Connie Lee and presented by Art Lives Here in Collaboration with Margalit Start Up City. This exhibition is co-organized with Beth Barry. The exhibition, 5 Women, explores abstract, representational, and surreal painting as well as sculpture within the skilled hands and determined minds of 5 contemporary women artists. In the context of this exhibition the color palettes used by each artist reflects colors that we traditionally associate with spring and if not for the strong presence of various shades of blue could be considered feminine.

The Brownstone Gallery Fall | Winter Exhibition, On view October 4th, 2025 through New Years Day, 2026. Featuring work by Avani Patel Stephanie S. Lee, Gail Meyers, Liz Curtin, Karin Bruckner, Ingrid Capozzoli Flinn, Gale Rothstein and a selection of ALH inventoried pieces. Prices range from $125 - $10,000. To schedule a visit contact the Curator, Connie Lee. Artist talks, October 19th and November 16th, space is limited to 20 guests, participation is by invitation only.

Oct 24-26, Stay Frosty, Produced by Bravin Lee Programs is an exhibition of curated projects in an open air parking lot in West Harlem. Part tailgate, part trunk show, part art fair, part temporary public art installation. Art Lives Here will present Jim Richards, 4,000 Straws and a Trunk Show curated by Connie Lee.

SPOTLIGHT THE BROWNSTONE GALLERY

The Brownstone Gallery is an exhibition space featuring the work of Collaborating Artist members of Art Lives Here. Curated and hosted by Art Lives Here founder, Connie Lee biannually in her apartment in a Harlem brownstone. Following the tradition of art salons, Lee organizes, interactive artist talks, round table discussions, and process demonstrations alongside the artworks on view. The salons and private viewings are an opportunity for collectors, colleagues, and invited guests to see the work up-close and engage in meaningful discussions with participating artists. The Brownstone Gallery is not open for walk ins. Invited guests are known to us, the artists with work on view, or have been recommended by a member of the ALH extended community. Visitors can schedule a convenient time to visit the gallery, appointments are required.

The Fall / Winter Exhibition, On view October 4th, 2025 through January 1, 2026 features work by Avani Patel, Stephanie S. Lee, Gail Meyers, Liz Curtin, Karin Bruckner, Ingrid Capozzoli Flinn and a selection of ALH inventoried pieces. Prices range from $125 - $10,000.
